The story so far.

Where it started

I studied graphics and digital media in Slovakia. A design degree, a stubborn curiosity, and no idea yet that the detour was the point.

The Irish years

Omagh, then Enniskillen. I pulled shifts in hospitality and built websites on the side, in a family that ran shops, a building crew and hotels. Business was dinner-table talk before I knew what the word meant.

The yacht years

I connected my passion with work and moved into the superyacht industry. Nine years running crew and operations on $300M boats most people only ever photograph. High stakes, long hours, zero space for pretending.

Before coaching

I built three businesses from scratch. Built, broke, rebuilt. Somewhere in there I lost 30kg of body fat, rebuilt my health and ranked top 17 globally in longevity, all with an ADHD brain that has never once done anything the standard way.

Where we are at

Now I do life, longevity and business coaching, online from Galicia in Spain. Certified, accredited, and deeply suspicious of anything that smells like a wellness cliche. Years of circling my own loops taught me how loops work. Now I coach people out of theirs.

What the future holds

More tools in the hands of more coaches, a blog that keeps getting more honest, and a practice that grows the same way I coach: one real change at a time. Big picture: coach kris. becomes the place people land when they're done circling the same problem.
