I built three businesses from scratch, the first one while my brain was busy being ADHD about everything. Business coaching is where I bring all of it: the pattern-spotting, the strategy, and the years of hand-coding websites and ranking them on Google. Here is what this pillar actually covers.
The what and the how
Whether you are a solopreneur or a small business, the work starts the same way: we map the exact steps from idea to execution. Not a five year plan. The next three moves. Most people I meet do not need more ideas, they need momentum, and momentum comes from a short list of done things.
Hit a wall?
Good. Walls are information. When things are not moving forward, we deconstruct the block: what motivates you, what drains you, why this specific thing keeps stalling. Half the time the wall is not a business problem at all. It is a belief about your own capacity that you have been carrying since before the business existed. We fix it from that side.
Your blueprint to being found
I built my coaching practice from nothing to ranking on Google, and I do the same hand-coded work for other coaches, therapists and small businesses. From idea and identity to website and SEO, one clear path to being seen. A business nobody can find is a hobby with stress.
Why coaching and not just advice
Business advice is everywhere and most of it is free. The missing piece is usually someone who knows your situation, watches what you actually do, and challenges the gap between the two. I bring more than questions here. I have opinions, I share them, and you keep full control of the decisions. That combination is rarer than it should be.
If you are stuck in the gap between working hard and moving forward, that is exactly where this pillar lives. First session, we find the wall. Then we take it apart.
