Maybe tomorrow really will be different.
But before you make yourself another promise, spend 7 days learning why the last one became negotiable.
A guided 7-day journey for people who know what they want to do, but somehow keep talking themselves out of it when the moment comes.

This morning, you really were going to exercise. Eat differently. Put the phone down earlier. Start the project. Go for the walk. Get to bed on time. Do the thing you've been putting off.
And then the moment came.
And somehow the decision you were completely certain about this morning became negotiable by tonight.
So you make another promise. Tomorrow.
What if you keep renegotiating decisions once they become uncomfortable?
That's the pattern I want you to spend seven days looking for.
Because the strange thing about this negotiation is that it doesn't arrive sounding like an enemy. It sounds exactly like you. Reasonable. Convincing. Sometimes even responsible.
And if you never learn to recognise the moment it starts, it's incredibly easy to mistake the negotiation for what you genuinely decided you wanted.
Sometimes circumstances really do change. Sometimes you're genuinely exhausted. Sometimes you're hungry. Sometimes you need recovery. Sometimes the intelligent decision is to stop, adjust or change the plan.
Sometimes the argument tells you to avoid something useful. Sometimes it tells you to keep pushing when recovery is the more intelligent decision.
That's why this isn't about blindly forcing yourself through everything. It's about learning to ask one much better question:
I've become fascinated by what happens in the space between making a decision and renegotiating it. I've experienced it myself.
During one personal challenge, I'd made a clear decision about what I was going to do. Then discomfort arrived. And suddenly my own thoughts became an incredibly persuasive lawyer:
"You've done enough. Try again another time. You deserve something. You've already proved yourself."
What struck me wasn't that these thoughts were ridiculous. They sounded reasonable. That was the disturbing part: the voice trying to change my decision sounded exactly like me.
That experience left me with an idea I haven't been able to ignore since:
The goal isn't to eliminate those thoughts. It's to become better at noticing them, checking them, and deciding consciously which ones actually get your vote.
That's what we're going to practise together.
Not seven days reading another self-improvement ebook. Not another giant habit system you'll abandon next Monday. And not seven days trying to become perfect.
For one week, I'll give you a guided journey that helps you study your own negotiation pattern in your actual life.
Here's the journey:
Start noticing the moment your original decision becomes negotiable. You'll identify when it tends to happen, what triggers it and the arguments it repeatedly uses.
Once you can hear it, we'll start getting ahead of it. You'll practise deciding while you're clear, predicting the arguments likely to appear later, and checking whether circumstances genuinely changed.
Decide Before You Negotiate · State Before Story · Is There New Evidence or Just a New Argument?
Then we take it out of theory. You'll test one meaningful decision you've repeatedly negotiated away and see what actually happens when you respond differently.
You'll get immediate access to the complete 22-page guided workbook and your standalone Negotiation Playbook. Designed to be used alongside your own notebook, so the real work happens on paper, not in a PDF.
This isn't asking you to rebuild your entire life next Monday. It's asking you to spend seven days becoming much more interested in what happens after you make yourself a promise.

Plus: your evidence criteria, your most common arguments, your pre-decisions.
Actually, if you mess up during the week... good. Now we have something real to look at.
The journey isn't ruined because you ate the snack, skipped the walk, stayed up late, procrastinated or ignored something you'd planned. That's exactly where the interesting part begins: What happened between the decision and the behaviour?
You don't restart. You don't punish yourself. You collect the evidence.
Maybe you've said some version of these things enough times that you've started believing them:
I'm not going to spend seven days telling you that's false. I'd rather help you test it.
Catch the negotiation. Protect one decision. Choose differently once. See what happens.
Because confidence without evidence is just another nice idea.
And seven days is enough time to start collecting some.
Perfect. That's exactly why this exists. We're not spending seven days giving you another list of things you "should" do. We're studying why the things you already decided to do become negotiable later.
No. You can use what you learn around food, movement, sleep, work, phone use, procrastination or another decision you repeatedly reopen. We're not installing an enormous new routine. We're studying the space between: "I'm going to do this." and "Actually... maybe tomorrow."
Don't restart. A difficult day is data. The objective isn't perfection. It's becoming better at noticing what happened and returning sooner.
No. And I wouldn't trust someone who promised you that.
The goal is smaller, and much more useful. By the end of the journey, I want you to recognise your recurring negotiation much earlier, understand the arguments it uses, know what genuinely counts as new evidence, and have a personal playbook for responding when it appears.
Prepare for the negotiation that's coming with it. Spend seven days with me. Listen closely. Catch yourself doing it. Test what happens when you choose differently. Then decide what you're actually capable of from the evidence.
